Combi Ovens

Combi ovens use three different cooking functions to cook a variety of foods. It uses standard convection cooking, steam, and combination of convection and steam cooking. This not only saves on cooking times, but the ovens are made to keep in flavors and moisture of your meats and vegetables. Steam, boil and blanch vegetables, potatoes and other starches, and shellfish using the steam function of our combi ovens. Then select the convection setting in order to grill steaks, roast or bake chickens and hams, or even turkeys. Use both steam and convection settings for turkeys, as the steam will cook it quickly, and then the radiant mode will give the outside skin a nice golden brown. Our combi ovens have satin finished 304 stainless steel exteriors, so they look great in any kitchen. We have combi ovens that are ideal for smaller foodservice operations that need a good countertop model. Or we have full size combi ovens with seven convenient cooking modes for large foodservice operations.
