Where do you ship from?

We ship from warehouses throughout the country, and try to ship products from the closest warehouse to save you money on shipping, and to get you your products quicker.

Are all of your products new?

Unless specifically said in the product title, all our products are new and unused.

How are my packages shipped?

Foodservice Superstore either uses UPS/FedEx to ship smaller sized packages, and for larger equipment we ship by motor freight.

How Do I Order?

Ordering On-line:
After filling your shopping cart with your item(s), proceed to checkout to select shipping options and securely enter you payment information.

Ordering By Phone:
You can call Foodservice Superstore to place your order directly. Our telephone number is (877) 890-2278.   Please have your credit card information available when calling.

What if I never received my order and my package is returned to you?

If your package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the problem. If there is an error in the address provided to us, you will be responsible for a re-shipping fee.

If I place an order, or even just create an account, will I get unsolicited e-mail from any other company?

No! We do not sell, share, trade or show anyone your e-mail address or anything about you. We consider all information you give Foodservice Superstore completely confidential, therefore you will never get junk e-mail or real junk mail because of us.

I am tax exempt, how do I place an order?

If your organization is tax exempt, you must register and set up an account prior to placing an order at Foodservice Superstore. After signing up for an account, please contact customer service at 1-877-890-2278 to arrange for the submission of a copy of your tax exempt certificate. Once we receive a copy, we will set up the tax exempt status on your account. This usually takes less than 24 hours. You will be notified by e-mail when this is complete and any orders placed after that will be tax free, provided you log-in prior to checkout. Any orders placed as a "guest" or before we set up your account will have the appropriate sales tax assessed.
